Well done Yejide! I read your books 👏👏👏! I found them to be very inspirational and very simple but with a strong, easily translatable punch of enthusiasm! I will definitely hand them over to my kids to read as well. Your message on agility and 5 easy to remember tips can apply to all ages! You are doing an amazing job motivating a generation that need to get back to the basics and work on their life skills of which agility is super important. You can really make a big impact on this generation.

5 Tips on Personal Agility is a slim but power-packed book. I liken it to a stick of dynamite: small but explosive.
I work with girls via the social enterprise I run. Most of the girls who participate in our afterschool clubs and technology camps are between the ages of 11 and 17 years and are at that crucial stage of making important decisions about their future careers and life paths. While so young and knowing so little of life, they are nevertheless expected to make decisions that could significantly influence the next few years of their lifes.
It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by it all, but with this manual, no girl need learn the hard way and make the painful mistakes.
The slim size is ideal for girls who normally don’t think of themselves as readers. With “5 Tips on Personal Agility”, The illuminator’s got their backs with practical advice and lots of encouraging words.

Testimonials from “PHD FOR GIRLS” course.
Tawona Makolija

I am a 17 year old teenager from Malawi and I recently completed my IGCSES at South-end Secondary School.
This “PHD FOR GIRLS” course has made me feel empowered by bringing out a certain positivity in me that I never thought I had. Not only did it help me understand and know my worth but it also helped discover the amazing gifts I have and how I can use that to make my community a better place. It truly changed my life. With the Gang-star affirmations, I now understand that I’m a phenomenal person who is happy, healthy, smart and extraordinarily built and I’m going to make my way and my life path amazingly beautiful. One of the things I enjoyed most in class is the positive energy and the uplifting words which made me feel like I was in a whole new dynamic of good vibes and positivity.
The Illuminator was really engaging. She was really amazing. She showed us her determination in understanding our girl power and she also just brought in a unique and positive way to teach her course. She also brought in a lot of positive energy and life changing videos which truly inspired me.

I am a teenage girl from Kenya. The “PHD FOR GIRLS” classes are one of the best things that happened to me this week. Thank you for the encouragement and the fun class sessions. During your classes, every day I felt encouraged that I should no longer have to hide my talents. It is a gift from God and not worth hiding. I also learnt to be myself and should shine my light everywhere. The class has changed my mindset that I carry God’s gift and I am worthy. I have gained more confidence.
I really enjoyed the Gang-star Confidence class. what stood out for me is that should be myself. I am extraordinary and unique. The class transformed me in how I think about myself. For a long time, I was shy and afraid to show what I have got inside of me. I am so grateful that you taught this week.
I am gonna show others what Gang-star Confidence is all about. You are a God-sent. I love you ma’am and thank you.
Chidinma Ike

I am a 19year old Nigerian girl.
I really enjoyed your class ma. I’ve been hearing about talents and I didn’t think I had one until I attended your classes. They were insightful and have helped me found my path. I would be lying if I don’t say that I was transformed after the session with you. What stood out most for me was how you took us through some really good movies and videos thereby boosting my self-confidence. And the Gang-star affirmations class is everything to write home about. Thank you very much Illuminator. I really appreciate ma’am. 💥💥💥💥

I’m South Sudanese. Honestly all your classes were truly motivational from the get go, I love how you used various platforms to pass your message across, all the while keeping classes interactive 👌🏿. What stood out a lot for me was, stressing the fact that talents are not only what we do, how we think is a talent too. I have definitely become more open-minded about exploring my talents and building on them🔥🔥
The Gang-star Affirmations are truly motivational. I love how they encourage positivity in me to declare good things about myself and that I am extraordinary! The Friday session helped me truly understand that difficult does not equal impossible, and I can do anything I set my mind to, it all resides within me. I will definitely plant my words carefully to yield amazing fruits!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me and the rest of the princesses, your and generosity will surely be rewarded!!!❤
I am 19-year-old, and I completed my IB Diploma at Aga Khan High School Kampala 2020. I took a gap year to do Humanitarian work, but I’ll be going to study Medicine this September 😊.

My interactions with Yejide over the years have revealed her great depth of knowledge and a mind so interestingly analytical. Deeply inspired, highly driven and a wealth of experience in the corporate world, her quest to impart and impact lives positively is one of her great attributes. A child of God, a woman of great faith and an encourager.
Yejide is blessed with uncommon wisdom and skills which I am sure will take the Illuminator’s Academy to unbelievable heights. Anyone who gets an opportunity to be in her mentorship program will definitely be outstanding and standout from the crowd.

I can testify that Yejide Aina is not just a highly gifted and effective coach, but an anointed one. My first interaction with her coaching expertise was in 2018 when she facilitated a session on “Identifying Your Gifts and Career Planning for teenage girls”. She did this at an annual She Creates science and technology camp that my organisation (the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre – W.TEC)hosts.
The girls who attend this camp are typically between the ages of 11 and 17 years and at the stage where most of them are not even thinking beyond the next week. She was able to masterfully command the girls’ attention and engage them all through her session. The feedback from the girls was so good that we invited her the following year for a repeat session. And like any good practitioner, she had improved on her craft in the time since the last camp and was able to introduce new and more practical elements to her session with the girls. The result was to inspire and kick-start an awakening in the girls, thinking about what their life’s work would be. This process of career planning is one of the central goals of the She Creates Camp, so we were excited for this to be achieved in such a fun and engaging manner.
On a personal level, Ms. Aina has ministered and prayed with me and helped me gain clarity on a major issue I was experiencing. She can speak God’s word with such accuracy and prescience that you know without doubt that she hears directly from Him and is led in all things by Him. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
