Till date she has worked with individuals ,NGO’s, government organisations, corporate organizations both local and international facilitating over 2500 teenage girls in Nigeria and spreads across 17 countries in the continent of Africa, unlocking their mindsets, helping them overcome self-limiting thoughts to produce positive behaviors using powerful mind-illuminating tools, while highlighting their hidden talents in order to articulate their potentials.

She started her professional career in the banking industry as a management accountant. A chartered accountant with cross-functional and diversified experiences in business strategy, business processes, contract-negotiations and management accounting in multi-cultural settings. An E-commerce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) certified professional from the prestigious EC-Council (International Council of E-commerce consultants USA. A veteran in the multinational platform of more than 18 years with extensive international experiences gained through awareness of diverse cultures.

Yejide is the curator of “PhDForGirls Podcast”, an initiative of the Illuminator’s Academy, a company she founded a few years ago. The “PhD For Girls Podcast” is a popular social impact program now reaching many global listeners streaming live across 13 podcast stations worldwide inspiring them to become the right girl, with the right mindset in today’s challenging world.

An international development consultant and a published author. Yejide is an advocate of quality education. Passionate about “Rethinking Education” to be holistic and in her books she provides the much needed resource which seeks to engage all aspects of the learner including mind, spirit and body with the hope that the African youth finds identity, meaning and purpose in life as they connect with the world and contribute to community growth.

As an international speaker, she was a guest speaker at the United Nations UNSRC council New York.

Yejide was the former Country Finance Controller of Etihad Airways Nigeria heading the finance functions of the airline ‘s largest budget and biggest route in Africa. Prior to this position, she worked at British Airways as Senior Finance Analyst for West Africa and also in the capacity of British Airways Brand Ambassador which is a prestigious team of global champions that represent the airline to the highest professional standard.

She features on Television sharing her insights to inspire young adults to take up spaces as leaders in their chosen fields.
